In 1998, the founding partners, whose commercial construction experience averages over 40 years, shared a vision of creating a “different kind of project / construction management firm”. After listening to our clients, we transformed into a “PM / CM firm” focusing on:

  • Advocacy for the client in the design/bid/build process
  • Proven practical solutions to schedule & budget controls
  • Reports to include compliance with Governmental Agencies, Foundations, and Lenders
  • Hands-on principals
  • Design, process, and project objectives

These ideals combined with our passion and support of our clients has fueled our success as Project Managers.

As stewards for our clients we advocate for the client and this advocacy has earned us many repeat assignments with Master Plan programs.

We started our careers as contractors, working together in Houston delivering high quality projects. This passion for building coupled with a dedication to meeting client expectations laid the cornerstone of our migration in Project Management. Working with corporate and institutional clients; our role expanded to include owner representation specifically in the CMAR delivery format.  Drawing on our combined experiences as construction managers, we developed processes where those experiences benefited the owners understanding of the roles, obligations, and responsibilities of the firms in the creation and delivery of a construction project.  We are project planners and focus our approach on the overall strategy that makes a project successful not just manage a portion of the project.

We have experience managing processes which included municipal funding, participation requirements, and reporting requirements.  And in the year of COVID, communicating with TEAMS via ‘web based virtual platforms’ such as; Microsoft TEAMS, Web Ex, Go-To-Meeting, Zoom, and Turbo Meeting.
