Over a five-year period, Pin Oak Interests was engaged by the Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart to completely regenerate their campus. Our role on campus varied as described below.
Design-Build Construction Manager
Build new central plant including chillers and an emergency generator
Replace HVAC system including all roof top equipment and ductwork in 95,443 sf school during the summer break
Parking Garage – 5 story 112,456 sf 332 parking space garage including 6,000 sf of office space
280 lineal foot canopy which connecting the garage to the campus buildings and creating a new Lower School student drop off
Add 21,300 sf of additional on campus paving to increase surface parking, accelerate carpool efficiency, and provide an access/egress loop between Memorial Drive and Chimney Rock
Build new 615 sf front door and porch
Build new 2,000 sf High School drop off canopy
Renovate 5,018 sf of staff offices, and a new IT area
Renovate numerous classrooms
Convert maintenance building into dance studio
Covered canopies throughout the campus
Project Manager
New 2 story 29,554 sf Science Building including 7 classrooms, 4 labs, library, kitchen, cafeteria, offices, and loading dock
Renovate 7,103 sf of the existing building
Construct a multi-purpose sports field on the campus of St Mary’s Seminary
