Pin Oak Interests was engaged as Construction Manager for a 18,560 sf lot where we constructed a 2 story 7,679 sf home which consisted of:
- 5,862 sf of living area in a 4 bedroom 4 bath home with two half baths
- 686 sf of conditioned outdoor dining and living area
- Two studies
- Two utility rooms with three washers and dryers
- Two garages totaling 1,231 sf including a car lift
- Pool
- Nanawall between the pool and the outdoor dining and living areas
- Artificial turf back yard
