Pin Oak Interests was engaged to aid in the punch list and close out of the Preserve at Bay Wood II Apartments which consisted of:
- 14 acre site with garden style apartments
- 12 buildings 96 units 193,248 sf
- 48 garages attached to apartments totaling 17,880 sf
- 70 detached garages totaling 18,030 sf
- 5,336 sf leasing office, fitness room, dog wash, and community center
- pool
