Medistar Corporation has engaged Pin Oak Interests as the Project Manager for the construction of Texas A&M University’s new 3.3 acre campus in the Texas Medical Center which includes:
- 18 story EnMed classroom and research building
- 19 story 714 bed student housing building
- 30 story 530,000 sf podium office building with 13 stories of parking with 2,700 spaces
- A central multi-use public open space plaza with terraces, water features, and open lawn areas
