Medistar Corporation engaged Pin Oak Interests to provide Project Management services for construction of the new TMC Grand Apartments which includes:
- 6 acres of land
- 7 buildings totaling 250,000 sf housing 326 one and two bedroom apartments
- 10,000 sf Clubhouse
- 461 parking spaces contained in surface parking and 2 story garage
